This week as part of our homework for The Master Key Experience we had a choice of 2 movies to watch. I chose Finding Joe – a documentary on finding your bliss and the death of our old beliefs.
The movie Finding Joe was very appropriate watch for me right now as I go deep within to discover my own truth. Most of us never really know our truth because it’s covered up a mask of illusion for protection. We aren’t even aware of parts of ourselves because they are hidden because it’s too painful to remember but from that place we project whenever we are triggered and we don’t even know why!
We spend most of our life chasing a dream, often involving living a fancy life and satisfying our ego but we neglect our most important GPS – our heart and soul.
When we are living in our head (ego) we project into the future with fear or we live in the past with pain to avoid really going deep within and listening to our heart. In fact many people may never connect to their heart because they stopped listening to it so long ago.
The documentary Finding Joe discusses how we have 3 choices. We can surrender to victimhood, we can surrender to someone else telling us how to fix it or we can surrender and go within and find the truth. The truth will knock at your door until you answer it anyway! It’s a persistent bugger 🙂
Often, it takes a crisis or a low point in life for us to really go within and seek. So see your low points as your trigger to find your highest calling.
I also watched this incredible video today where Kyle Cease a comedian who turned to transformation helps a man see how ego creates an illusion of a dilemma because we aren’t accessing the part of ourselves deep down that knows the truth. He says we all need to live in that place deep down instead of just peering in there when we find ourselves in crisis.
So the question is are you willing to go deep down and find your authentic truth?
