Building your business online still requires you to be able to have a conversation on the phone or face to face and you will not succeed online if you are not prepared to do those things.
Network marketing online is a steep learning curve also and the work required in order to set up marketing that actually works will filter out most people who were looking for the easy button. Having said that if you have some skills in recruiting and no problem with talking to people then the internet is an awesome tool for leveraging your expansion to reach a wider audience and reach more people faster.
Tips for Online Network Marketing
1) There is 2 ways to build your business online. First is to actively prospect. So build up relationships and connect with people on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube. Don’t use this as a place to just pitch your business on the first contact as it’s the same as walking into a party and shouting about your business before anyone even knows who you are. It’s a total turn off. Secondly is to use attraction marketing and put out content consistently that helps people giving value and link back to a blog or a website where you want your prospects to go.
2) Find a mentor and learn how to effectively market your business to the right people (target market) and learn how to turn those leads into customers and sales. If you don’t know who to turn to or where to learn those strategies this guy knows his stuff better than anyone online
3) Don’t be in a hurry. If you want to become good at building your business online then be prepared to make a lot of mistakes and a lot of time getting it right. Once you learn how to generate leads online properly you will never run out of people to talk to you in your business.
4) Teach what you learn. When you put value out into the market place always be prepared to share what you learn, not only with your team but with others and this will bring you highly targeted leads looking for what you have to offer.
